Dark Angels Commission - Update

The team launched into a brand-new Dark Angels commission in later October, with the highlight of the project being none other than The Lion himself. This commission includes the full assembly and painting of:

• 3 × Watchers

• 1 × Teleport Homer

• 5 × Deathwing Terminators

• 1 × Lion El’Jonson

Assembly wrapped up smoothly and painting is now well underway. The Deathwing Terminators are already nearing completion, and we thought this would be a perfect moment to showcase one of the Watchers from the set. The client chose a grassy battlefield theme, which we enhanced further with custom slate pieces, birch leaves, and an assortment of grass tufts and jungle-green shrubbery to give the bases a lively, narrative feel.

We did experience a small delay earlier in the project as our painter was in the middle of buying and moving into a new home, a chaotic process at the best of times! Thankfully, things are back on track and progress is moving steadily once again.

We can’t wait to showcase the final paint jobs of all the models as we bring this iconic Dark Angels force to life!
